Strategic Plan 2024–2030

The Strategic Plan (SP) 2024–2030 will guide FMCN's work over the next six years. It is articulated around three external goals and seven internal goals, aligned with the global goals of relevant United Nations Conventions —Biodiversity, Climate Change, and Desertification—as well as the goals reflected in the country's established strategies: Mexico's National Biodiversity Strategy (EnBioMex 2016), Nationally Determined Contributions (CMCCC 2022), and the National Soil Strategy for Sustainable Agriculture (ENASAS 2023).

With a clear vision towards 2030, and within the framework of our celebration of three decades of work, our new mission: Sustain our natural treasure, will be the compass that guides our efforts in the coming years.

The PE 2024-2030 marks the commitment to intensify our collaborations with all the sectors with which we have worked, decisively contributing to fulfilling the international environmental commitments assumed by Mexico.

Finally, we express our deep gratitude to all the people who have contributed to creating this strategic plan. This achievement results from joint work between our partner organizations, the Board of Directors, the Assembly, and the FMCN committees, the advice of experts, and the support of our operational team. It is thanks to this collaboration and passion that we will be able to face the environmental challenges that await us.
