Natural Protected Areas Fund (FANP)
The Natural Protected Areas Fund (FANP) is a public-private scheme developed by the Mexican Fund for the Conservation of Nature, A.C. (FMCN) and the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas (CONANP). It is in charge of the financial management of economic resources and the supervision of their use for the natural protected areas (ANP). CONANP ensures that the economic resources are exercised in the field for strategic conservation activities.
